Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Lokaverse World Private Limited, who run cuil.si. By creating an account, buying credits or a plan, or using cuil.si, you agree to them. If you use cuil.si for a company, you agree on its behalf. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

cuil.si is an online AI marketing studio. It is run by Lokaverse World Private Limited, registered in India (CIN U62099HR2023PTC114361), with its corporate office at 149-150, Tower 5, RPS 12th Avenue, Faridabad, Haryana 121003, India (GSTIN 06AAFCL5238F1ZM). In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Lokaverse World Private Limited, and “you” means the person or business using cuil.si.

2. Your account

A workspace is your team's shared space in cuil.si. Each workspace has its own content, credits and plan, and its owner decides who can use it.

  • You must be 18 or older, and able to make a binding agreement.
  • Give accurate details and keep your password and API keys safe.
  • You're responsible for what happens in your account and your workspaces, including what your team members, automations and API keys do.
  • Workspace owners decide who joins and what role they have. Content and credits belong to the workspace, not to one member.
  • Tell us right away at support@cuil.si if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Credits

  • Credits are how you pay for AI work in cuil.si: posts, images, videos, voices, films and more. Bigger jobs, like a long video, use more credits than a short post. Each action shows its cost in credits before it starts.
  • Credits are a prepaid right to use cuil.si. They are not money, not a deposit and not an e-wallet, and they have no cash value. They can't be sold, moved to another account or workspace, or exchanged for cash, except as a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • How credits are charged: when a job starts, we hold its estimated credits. When it finishes, we charge what it really cost, never more than the estimate, and give back the rest. If a job fails, all its held credits come back to your workspace automatically.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the day they're added to your workspace, whether you bought them, got them with a plan or got them free. We always use your oldest credits first. We remind workspace owners and admins 30 days and again 7 days before any credits expire.
  • When credits expire, they're removed from your balance. Expired credits can't be refunded or brought back.
  • Free credits (such as starting credits or promotions) have no cash value, can't be refunded, and may come with limits we tell you about.
  • We may change how many credits an action costs. The cost is always shown before you start, and a change never affects a job that has already started.

4. Plans

  • A plan is prepaid for 30 days. Its credits are added to your workspace as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the 30 days start then.
  • Plans don't renew automatically. We never take money from you on our own: you only pay when you choose to. We remind workspace owners and admins 3 days before a plan ends. To keep it, pay for another 30 days.
  • Paying for the same plan while it's running adds 30 days after the current end date, and adds its credits straight away.
  • Switching to a different plan starts the new plan straight away and ends the days left on the old one. You don't get money back for those days, but your credits stay (each still valid for 12 months from the day it was added).
  • To cancel a plan, a workspace owner or admin chooses Stop payment reminders in Settings › Plan & billing. The plan stays active until its 30 days end, and the days left aren't refunded. After that your workspace is on the Free plan and keeps its credits until they expire.

5. Prices, payments and taxes

  • Prices are shown on our Pricing page and in the app, in Indian rupees (INR). Prices include GST where it applies; nothing is added at checkout.
  • You pay in rupees through NTT DATA Pay (UPI, cards and netbanking). International card payments in US dollars through Stripe will be added later. When they are, dollar prices will show on the Pricing page and in the app, and you'll pay them by card through Stripe. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion.
  • Only workspace owners and admins can buy. Credits or a plan are added only after the payment company confirms the payment, and every successful payment gets an invoice in Settings › Plan & billing.
  • We may change prices. A new price applies only to purchases made after the change, never to something you have already paid for.
  • If a payment fails but money left your account, your bank or the payment company returns it. If a payment went through but nothing was added, email us and we add what you bought or refund you in full. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how and when.

6. Refunds, cancellation and delivery

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when you can get your money back. In short: within 7 days of paying, you can get your money back for the credits from that payment you haven't used yet (credit packs and plans alike), failed AI jobs give their credits back automatically, and money taken for a failed payment is returned by your bank or the payment company. How and when you receive what you paid for is in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away refund rights that consumer law gives you.

7. Acceptable use and AI content rules

Don't use cuil.si to create, upload, publish or advertise anything that:

  • is illegal, or helps someone do something illegal;
  • sexualises children in any way. We remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities;
  • is sexual or intimate content showing a real person without their consent;
  • is a deepfake: a realistic picture, video or voice of a real person made without their permission, or that could mislead people about what that person said or did;
  • impersonates a real person, brand, organisation or government body;
  • is hateful, harassing, threatening or violent, or promotes terrorism or self-harm;
  • is a scam, phishing, spam, fake reviews, misleading advertising, false health or money claims, or election misinformation;
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • shares other people's personal data without the right to do so;
  • is content Indian law prohibits, including the kinds of content listed in Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

Also don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of cuil.si (including credits and spending limits), access other people's workspaces, copy or resell cuil.si without our permission, or use it to build a competing AI service. You must also follow the rules of the AI providers and networks you use through cuil.si.

We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

8. Telling people content is AI-generated

Many networks and laws require you to say when content is made or changed with AI, especially realistic images, video or voices of people. You're responsible for labelling AI content where the platform or the law asks you to. Never present AI-generated people or events as real when that could mislead.

  • YouTube and TikTok: when you post there from cuil.si, the post settings have a switch for it: “Contains realistic AI-made content” for YouTube and “AI-generated content” for TikTok. Turn it on when it applies, so the network can show its own label.
  • Other networks: add a clear note in the post (for example “Made with AI”), or use the network's own AI label in its app where it offers one.
  • cuil.si doesn't turn these switches on for you and doesn't add AI labels by itself yet, so it's up to you to mark your posts.

Making or sharing AI content that breaks the law, such as a deepfake, can lead to penalties under that law. It can also lead to us removing the content, suspending your account and reporting it to the authorities where the law requires it.

9. Your content and ownership

  • You keep your rights to what you upload and, as far as the law allows, to what you create with cuil.si.
  • You give us permission to store, process and send your content only as needed to run cuil.si for you, for example to create a video, show it in your Library or publish it to the networks you choose.
  • Only upload what you have the right to use. That includes photos of people, logos, music, voices and footage. If you upload someone's face or voice, you need their permission.
  • AI results can be similar to other people's results, and the law on who owns AI-generated content is still developing. Check results before you rely on them.
  • cuil.si itself (its software, design, name and logo) belongs to us. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. Social networks and other services

When you connect a social or ad account, you also follow that service's own terms. You choose what gets published or advertised; cuil.si only acts when you or your team ask it to, yourselves or through your automations, API keys and AI assistants (TikTok has stricter rules, below). We aren't responsible for how other services treat your content or campaigns (for example whether a post is shown or an ad approved). Their terms:

cuil.si uses YouTube API Services. By using cuil.si to connect or post to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You choose each YouTube video's title, who can see it, whether it's made for kids and whether it contains realistic AI-made content. Until Google reviews cuil.si, YouTube uploads are private. YouTube numbers are shown for each channel on its own. Our Privacy Policy (section 7) explains how we handle YouTube data.

TikTok: cuil.si posts to TikTok only when you or a teammate presses Post or Schedule in cuil.si, after choosing who can see the video, whether others can comment, Duet or Stitch, whether it promotes a brand, and whether it's AI-generated. Automations, API keys and AI assistants can't post to TikTok. Until TikTok reviews cuil.si, TikTok videos are posted as private (Only me). By posting to TikTok you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and for branded content its Branded Content Policy.

Ads: ads you run through cuil.si are paid from your own ad account, directly to the ad platform. The spending limits in cuil.si help you stay in control, but you remain responsible for your ad spend and for following each platform's advertising rules.

11. Third-party AI providers

cuil.si uses AI services from other companies to create text, images, video and audio. AI results can be wrong, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose, so check them before you publish or rely on them. We may change which providers or models we use, and a provider may change or stop a model.

12. API, automations and AI assistants

  • You can connect your own apps and AI assistants with API keys and webhooks. Keep keys secret: anything done with your key counts as done by your workspace, including the credits it spends.
  • API keys, automations and AI assistants can't post to TikTok; an automation set up earlier skips TikTok and still posts to its other accounts. To post to YouTube they need your YouTube choices (who can see the video and whether it's made for kids): automations take them from their “Publish a post” step, and AI assistants and apps that use your API keys must send them. When you turn on an automation that posts to YouTube, or let an AI assistant or your own app post there, you agree that it uploads videos to your channel with those choices. You can turn the automation off, change its choices or revoke the API key at any time.
  • The API has rate limits. Don't use it to overload cuil.si or get around its limits. We may change the API, or limit or switch off a key that is misused, and we'll tell you about big changes.

13. Our service

We work hard to keep cuil.si running and improving, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features. We'll tell you before a change that takes away something important you pay for. Keep your own copies of anything important.

14. Suspension and closing your account

  • You can stop using cuil.si at any time and delete your account yourself in Settings › Profile, or ask us to delete it (see our Data Deletion Instructions).
  • Credits and plan time in the workspaces deleted with your account end with them; deleting doesn't refund them by itself. If you're due a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy (unused credits within 7 days of paying), email us your invoice number before you delete your account.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or cuil.si at risk, reverses a payment it made (a chargeback) without a good reason, or when the law requires it. We'll tell you why, unless the law doesn't allow it.
  • If we close your account without you breaking these terms, or stop offering cuil.si, we'll give you notice (at least 30 days when we stop the service) and refund paid credits you haven't used.

15. Disclaimers

As far as the law allows, cuil.si is provided “as is”. We don't promise any particular marketing result, such as reach, followers, sales or ad performance, and we don't guarantee that AI results are accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.

16. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims about cuil.si is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

17. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your use of cuil.si in breach of these terms, or your breaking the law or someone else's rights, you'll cover our reasonable losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) from that claim.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Faridabad, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to approach a consumer commission. Before going to court, please write to our Grievance Officer: most problems are solved quickly that way.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as cuil.si grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If you keep using cuil.si after that, the new terms apply. A change in how we use data we get from Google (Google sign-in, YouTube or Google Ads) is different: we ask you to agree in cuil.si before we use that data in the new way (see our Privacy Policy, section 16).
