Good to know
What is a credit?
Everything you create uses credits: posts, images, videos, voices and films. Bigger jobs, like a long video, use more credits than a short post. cuil.si shows the cost before anything starts, and if something fails, its credits come back. Credits belong to a workspace (your team's shared space in cuil.si). They're valid for 12 months from the day they're added, and we always use your oldest credits first.
How you pay
Payments open soon. In India, you'll pay in rupees with UPI, debit or credit cards and netbanking through NTT DATA Pay. We never see or keep your full card number.
Taxes and invoices
Prices include GST where it applies; nothing is added at checkout. Every successful payment gets an invoice in Settings › Plan & billing. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for international cards.
No surprises
Plans don't renew by themselves, so you're never charged automatically. Credits or your plan are added as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. We remind you 30 days and 7 days before any credits expire; expired credits can't be refunded or brought back.
Changed your mind? See our Refund & Cancellation Policy (within 7 days of paying, you can get your money back for the credits from that payment you haven't used yet).
